The sphere of our competence is the management of training projects. We understand the project as a particular activity or a complex of activities, which guide our clients toward perfection. We work on training projects and programmes. We understand project management as the aggregate of particular actions necessary to change the present situation and to achieve the desired goal. We are constantly looking for the most suitable solutions, models and financial instruments.
 
Our work with training projects includes the following:

- filling training project applications for European Union structural support in the period 2007-2013,
- the administration of the training projects,
- the preparation of documents required for participation in public procurement tenders,
- the preparation of feasibility studies.

We administrate training projects, and also implement the activities of the projects related to seminars, training, conferences, informational events etc.

We participate in tenders. We help enterprises prepare documents for participation in public procurement tenders.
