Since we appreciate quality, we arrange INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES for enterprises, to improve their present skills. We carry out our work using a systemic approach, which allows us to guarantee the quality of the services provided by us and to achieve our goals.

We work together with you to arrange the training programme:

- We carry out a training needs analysis; as a result we can offer the most efficient training programme.
- We prepare the training programme and the methodological material for teaching and learning.
- We conduct the training programme and give out tasks for individual work.
- After 3-6 (optional) months we arrange meetings where we assess the effectiveness of the training.
- We issue certificates.

  TEAM FORMATION SESSIONS for enterprises and organisations, which seek to unite their employees’ forces, to build team spirit, and achieve loyalty for the team and for the whole enterprise. With the help of active simulation activities and re-enactments, the above mentioned general TEAM ATMOSPHERE sessions contribute to achieving the projected goals. The sessions are staged, arranged and moderated not only in Lithuania, but also in other countries. We specifically prepare an individual programme for each client.

During the sessions we will ensure that:                                     
- every member of the team, personally, and the entire team finds where they have succeeded and where they must develop.
- every member of the team identifies himself/herself with the particular enterprise.
- the individuals become an efficient, working team.

 



  PRACTICAL TEAMWORK TRAINING. This is active training practice which reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the team. Participants are taught how to master the tactics and combinations of team work.

During the training we will:
- achieve an improvement in the efficiency of team work.
- master the “combinations” and improve the tactics of team work.
- consolidate the members of the team, and to strengthen their abilities to use their skills.
- highlight the advantages and the efficiency of team work.



  TIME MANAGEMENT TRAINING. This training is intended for the development of time management skills and to gain experience in the arrangement of work. In our work, we are confronted with the need to plan our time more efficiently, to organise work plans, to master the methods of planning and to be able to save time.

During this training you will develop the following skills:
- Time planning – the concept and the importance of time management; where does our time disappear to? Why we fail to accomplish planned tasks.
- Outlining time plans – the setting of activity priorities; the outlining, realisation and control of a work plan.
- Methods of time management - the means and ways of planning time, time management tools, the efficient use of the time intended for meetings, ways of saving time.



  PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- 1st stage: in this stage we analyse to what “degree” the idea of the project will aid the projected activities, and in what way the project can contribute to the goals of the enterprise? What would you like to achieve with the project? Have you considered the initiations of the project before planning – did you initiate the project yourself, or did the tendering of the particular project initiate you? Do you have the qualified specialists to successfully carry out the project? Have you carried out technical, financial, economic and other kinds of analysis before planning the project? Have you evaluated the risk exposure of the project?

- 2nd stage: here you will develop project management skills, and will also analyse the processes of the project. You will be able to use all the tools of project management.

- 3rd stage: in this stage you will discuss the functions of the project employees, their responsibilities and control. You will find out the advantages and disadvantages of team work. You will be also introduced to the principles and methods of management and motivation; you will have to perform practical tasks, which will teach you about strategic thinking, team motivation, and involving employees in the decision making process.
